Dr Yulia Rybak, Co-Head of German-Ukrainian Energy Partnership Secretariat, Adviser to the Minister of Energy of Ukraine
Ms. Rybak has over 15 years of professional experience in advisory, investment management, government relations with solid background in bilateral government cooperation on energy reform.
The academic background includes Master’s degree in international business management and PhD in World Economy and International Economic Relations.
Since 2016 Ms. Rybak has been responsible for implementation of Danish-Ukrainian cooperation in the energy sector.
In 2020, Yulia was responsible for the development of international cooperation and coordination of technical assistance in the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine as an Adviser and a member of the Expert Council of the Ministry of Energy.
Since January 2021, she is heading the Secretariat of the German-Ukrainian Energy Partnership on the Ukrainian side as Co-Head. The Secretariat is responsible for the implementation of energy cooperation in priority areas: hydrogen economy, transformation of coal regions, decarbonization, energy efficiency and renewable energy.
